He also represents clients in matters involving managing contaminated land, insurance relating to environmental risk, and liaising with regulatory authorities, as well as climate change, health and safety, asbestos, and waste management issues.

Arthur Foerster advises clients on environmental law and litigation at both the trial and appellate level. In particular, Mr. Foerster litigates environmental matters involving toxic torts, the Clean Air Act, contaminated sites, citizen suits, and other US federal/state environmental statutes and regulations. In addition to substantial experience in environmental enforcement defense, permitting, and transactional counseling, he has complementary experience representing clients in litigation involving product liability, insurance coverage, industrial accidents, and complex business contract and tort disputes.

Stacey VanBelleghem represents clients in a variety of industry sectors on major project infrastructure and development, administrative petitions and rulemaking, and litigation under US federal environmental law. Ms. VanBelleghem has in-depth knowledge of federal permitting and approvals for major infrastructure projects, including renewable energy projects. She works to secure project approvals and intervene and defend approvals in federal court cases. She also represents clients in air quality and climate change issues, particularly relating to criteria pollutants, hazardous air pollutants, and greenhouse gas emissions from major stationary sources.
